Deep-grooved steel wall
- Providing more strength and additional bending resistance, our sections are made with ½" deep and 2" wide horizontal grooves with alternating smaller grooves.

Optional polystyrene insulation
- For energy savings, polystyrene insulation protected with a vinyl backing is available.

Section profile
- Rails are hemmed the entire length of the section for added sturdiness and dependability.

Center and end stiles
- With a fully hemmed edge for added strength and safety, all stiles are pre‑punched with extruded holes for secure attachment of hinges and hardware components.

2” (50 mm) door
- Optional CFC-free polystyrene insulation covered with a vinyl backing ensuring a thermal-resistance rating of R-7.2 (RSI 1.0 or k=1.000 W/m2K) for S-24 and SN-24.

Sections are made with ½” (13 mm) deep and 2” (50 mm) wide grooves providing more strength to the door.

Tongue & groove joints between sections that fit seamlessly.

Bottom weatherstripping
S-24 and SN-24: continuous astragal made of U-shaped flexible vinyl and held in place by an aluminum retainer for the S‑24 door and by a vinyl retainer for the SN‑24 door.

Vertical center stiles
S-24 and SN-24: 18-gauge galvanized steel provides a rock solid base and the pre-punched holes help to affix hinges and struts. One edge is hemmed to add more strength to the section.
